This picture was taken from the east end of Dauphin Island. On a clear day, the lighthouse is visible from this spot.
This is Sand Island. At one time the lighthouse and Sand Island were common ground, but that is not the case anymore. This picture is taken down by the public beach, just to the left of the pier.
