Cousins
These are our children. Bethany and Amber belong to Scarlette, Laila and Nick belong to
Kendra, and, of course, Emily, Libby, and Maggy belong to me. This was taken at Maggy's
3rd birthday party. They were all hot and tired, and Nick didn't want to sit still.
All of the school age girls go to Grove Hill Elementary School, and we have a child in every grade.
Bethany is in the 5th grade, Emily is in the 4th grade, Libby is in the 3rd grade, Amber is
in the 2nd grade, and Laila is in the 1st grade. Amazing, huh? They are all honor
roll students and we are very proud of their achievements.
The cousins love to get together for a spend-the-night party best of all.
Kendra, Scarlette, and I only love it if it's not our turn to host the event.
This group can get pretty loud. And they like to play with everything at the same time.
The good thing is that Bethany and Emily are organizers, so they are keep the others in line
as best as they can.
They also organize the "pick-up" and "put-up." Believe it or not,
the others actually listen to them and eventually do what they want them to.
All of our children are precious, and I love each one of them so very much!
This is Jason, Candace, and Noa. Jason is brian's little brother.
Noa lives right down the street from us, and the girls love to keep him busy.
He is 6 years old and in the 1st grade at Clarke Prep School in Grove Hill, AL.
He and Emily and Libby are not always out of school for the same holidays, and
Maggy loves that. She likes to have Noa to herself and I love for him to come
and play with her. They will play for hours in her room and never argue or fuss.
When the other girls are home, they want to do "big kid" stuff without Maggy, but,
She thinks she can do whatever they are doing.
The activity they like best is riding their golf carts. He has a golf cart too!!
It's great! They have the best time!!
