Ocean Springs, Mississippi
Ocean Springs is a strange little town/city. I remember when it was still pretty small, but it's grown a lot since the casinos came to Biloxi. It's hard to think of it as a city, but that's what it is now. It's kept its affluent small town snootiness, though. It's very "artsy", and everyone there acts like they are way more important and busy than everyone else.
I think it's a town ordinance that all rich housewives under 5' tall and 100 lbs. must drive the biggest SUV imaginable.
Even the mayor, Cindy Moran, drives a too-big-for-her-SUV.. She even backed up over an 85 year old man!
