Shababy
Shababy is the first pet I have taken care of by myself. I received her for Christmas in 2002. She is a yellow parakeet.
Yes she is really a female! The way to tell the difference between a male and female is the color of their beaks.
A female's beak varies from tan to a medium brown. A male's beak can vary from blue to almost purple.
Parakeets can not talk but their chirping can drive you crazy. She is my baby and I love her to death.
