Tahiti is the largest of the figi islands. The island's interior is beautiful; waterfalls cascade over cliffs into rainforests below and rivers cut through valleys of giant ferns, fruit trees, and irridescent flowers. The main reason I would like to visit Tahiti is for the crystal clear water and white sand beaches. And when you want to get away from the beach, you can take a trip through the rainforest. The views must be spectacular! And the experience of the different species of plants and animals not seen anywhere else would be very exciting to me.
