Skaneateles Lake is a gorgeous lake in upstate new york. It is also one of the coldest lakes that I have ever been in. The water is clear blue and sometimes even looks like the ocean. You can look down and see the bottom of the lake. This is a great way to see all the fish and landscape of the lake. Many people jet ski and boat on this lake. There really isn't a beach here it's more of a recreational lake.
