Girlfriends is a t.v. show about 4 successful friends that are out to be successful in not only the business world, but the world of family, dating, and the social scene. Joan was a lawyer at one of the hightest ranked firms but she decided that she wanted to own her own restaurant so she went out to do so. Now, she and her friend William own a restaurant which started off rocky but has become a great place to unwind with friends.
