This is the Wicked Witch of the West. she wants the ruby slippers and hates Dorothy for dropping a house on her sister. She tries everything to get those shoes, but she cant kill Dorothy. She captures Dorothy and locks her in the castle, but Dorothy's friends come to the rescue and save her. The witch almost catches them, but she is killed by water that melts her.
