Ingredients: 1 pound shredded chicken, cooked 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can Hormel Chili, no beans 1 4oz can chopped green chillies 1 chopped onion 8 to 12 corn tortillas, torn into pieces 2 cups cheddar Salt and Pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350. Saute onion until translucant. Combine all ingredients except 1 cup of cheese. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Cook for 30 minutes. |
