Ingredients:
One pound shredded chicken, cooked
Six ounces egg noodles, cooked
One Family Size can of Cream of Chicken soup
One cup of lite sour cream
1/2 cup of chicken stock/broth
One sleeve of Ritz Crackers, crushed
1/2 cup of melted butter
salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine chicken, noodles, soup, sour cream, chicken broth
and salt and pepper. Put into greased casserole dish. Top with crushed crackers
and drizzle with butter. Cook for twenty or thirty minutes.
