Ingredients: One 5 pound shoulder picnic roast Lawry's Season Salt BBQ Sauce Liquid smoke Rub pork with season salt and liquid smoke. Put into a greased crock pot on high for 6 to 8 hours. After 4 hours pour 2 cups of BBQ sauce over pork. After 2 to 4 more hours, remove meat from crock pot. Once meat has slightly cooled, pulled meat apart. Make sure to remove any access fat and bones. Mix with some of the gravy from crock pot (about a 1/2 cup). Add desired amount of BBQ sauce. Makes delicious sandwiches. |
