Ingredients: 1 lb. ground turkey breast 1 shallot, finely chopped 5 button mushrooms, finely chopped 4 ounces havarti with dill cut into 1/4 cubes 1 Tbsp of Lawry's Chicken Seasoning 1 Tbsp of dijon mustard Vegetable oil for drizzling hamburger buns sauce: 1 cup of sour cream 1 tsp of dried dill 1 jar capers, drained salt and pepper Preheat skillet over medium heat. Drizzle veg oil into mixing bowl. Mix all burger ingredients (except buns, of course) into bowl and shape into 4 or 5 patties. Cook on each side for 7 or 8 minutes (or until cooked through). Mix sauce ingredients together. Put burgers on buns. Top patties with sauce. |
