Cape Saint Franics is in South Africa and has been a HOT surfing destination for over 50 years. Although, fifty years ago the surf was extremely better because there were no houses or developments to change the contour of the ocean. Now days developments have taken over which have effected the surf tremendously, however, it's still worth checking out!
